In this Data Policy, “Personal Data” refers to any data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified:
(a) from that data; or
(b) from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access, including data in our records as may be updated from time to time.
We collect Personal Data from you in the following ways:
(a) Personal Data which you voluntarily provide to us. For example, you may provide your Personal Data or Personal Data of other individual(s) to us when you:
(i) complete a user profile or registration forms (such as your name, contact information, bank account name, bank account number along with other identification information, where needed);
(ii) provide information to assess your eligibility to provide services as a Provider, which may include data indicating the validity of your vehicle, a copy of your driver’s license and your vehicle log cards;
(b) mobile device information, such as operating system version, device type, and system performance data; and
(c) data collected via tracking technologies, as fully described below in this section.
All the information required in the open text fields during the account registration process is mandatory. Any failure to complete that information or any response JustGo considers abnormal may result in JustGo refusing (or being unable) to process your request.
You agree that any Personal Data you provide about yourself or on an individual’s behalf to JustGo is current, accurate, complete and unequivocal.
Sensitive Personal Data
Some of the Personal Data that we collect may be sensitive in nature. This includes:
(a) any identification numbers or passport numbers of the director(s) and shareholder(s) of the Company’s ACRA Business Profile; or
(b) bank account number(s).
We collect this information only with your consent and/or in strict compliance with applicable laws and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012. We also take additional security measures such as ensuring sensitive Personal Data are encrypted, to prevent external or internal parties from accessing these data.
Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Applications, such as your native actions that are integral to the Applications, including creating jobs, accepting jobs, completing jobs, as well as other interactions with the Applications and other Users and/or Providers via server log files.
Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date, billing address and the last four digits of your card number) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services from the Applications. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect.
Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor, which may include but is not limited to PayNow, Paypal, and/or Stripe, and you are encouraged to review their respective data/privacy policies and contact them directly for responses to your questions.
We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Applications to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings, but we strongly encourage you not to do so as we usually only send important notifications that are crucial to your smooth usage of the Applications.
Mobile Device Access
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s Bluetooth; camera; contacts; microphone; sensors; short message service (“SMS”) messages; storage; and other relevant features required for you to use the Applications. If you wish to change our access to these features, you may do so in your device’s settings, but we strongly encourage you not to do so as we usually only send important notifications that are crucial to your smooth usage of the Applications.
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Applications. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings, but we strongly encourage you not to do so as we usually only send important notifications that are crucial to your smooth usage of the Applications.
JustGo uses technologies such as cookies, web beacons, tags and scripts to enable a service to recognize your device when you access the Website and/or Applications. This allows you to avoid having to provide the same data several times during one task.
We may use local storage, such as HTML5, to store content data and your preferences. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on the Products also use HTML5 to collect and store data. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5.
Information from third parties, such as personal information, if you connect your account to the third party and grant the App permission to access this information.
From time to time, we may also partner with third parties, such as Facebook and Google, to manage our advertising of the Applications and/or Service on other sites or platforms as well as across your other devices based on your past visits to our Website. Our third-party partners may use technologies such as cookies to gather data about your activities within the Products to deliver such advertising to you, such as retargeting ads. We are not always able to respond to do-not-track signals. You may opt-out of receiving ads across devices by adjusting your ad preferences in your Google account.
JustGo may collect and use the Personal Data for the following purposes:
(a) to improve customer service;
(b) increase the efficiency and operation of the Applications;
(c) compile anonymous statistical data and analysis for use internally or with third parties;
(d) monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Applications;
(e) notify you of updates to the Applications;
(f) offer new products, services, mobile applications, and/or recommendations to you;
(g) perform other business activities as needed;
(h) prevent fraudulent transactions, monitor against theft, and protect against criminal activity;
(i) process payments and refunds;
(j) request feedback and contact you about your use of the Applications;
(k) resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems;
(l) respond to product and customer service requests; and/or
(m) solicit support for the Applications through the usage of anonymized User/Provider data for fund-raising and marketing purposes.
Newsletters or other Electronic Communications
If you sign up to receive promotional materials from us via email and/or push notifications, we will use your Personal Data to provide the communications you have requested. If you inform us that you wish to cancel email promotional materials by selecting “unsubscribe” at the bottom of such communication or by emailing us at [email protected], we will remove you from our mailing list within 14 business days from the date of making such a request. If you no longer wish to receive push notifications, you may turn them off at the device level. If you provide your phone number to us directly or through a third party for the specific purpose of receiving an SMS message with a link to our Website and/or Applications, you will receive such SMS message. Standard SMS message rates will apply.
The security of your Personal Data is important to us. We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of the Personal Data, stored on our database.
However, while no method of electronic storage is fully secure, JustGo strives to protect the security of the Personal Data in our possession, and we are constantly reviewing and enhancing our security measures in place.
We do not sell or trade the Personal Data in our possession to other parties. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding Users, Providers and/or any other individuals with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above at section 3. We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the App or administer activities on our behalfs, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.
We may also disclose your Personal Data to third parties if we are under a duty to disclose or share your Personal Data to comply with any legal obligation such as to comply with a court order, bankruptcy proceedings, similar legal process, or in order to enforce or apply our agreements with you; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of JustGo, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging data with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Third-Party Websites or Applications
Users may find advertising or other content on our Applications that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our App. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites that have a link to our Website and/or Applications, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies. JustGo does not accept any responsibility or liability for these websites or their respective data and/or privacy policies. Please check these policies before you submit any Personal Data to these external websites.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act in Singapore, individuals have a right to:
(a) make an access request. An individual can obtain access to their Personal Data within our possession or control and information on how such Personal Data was used or disclosed by JustGo in the preceding 12 months; and
(b) make a correction request. We will rectify any inaccurate Personal Data concerning you that we may have in our possession or control after you have notified us of any such inaccuracy. You also have the right to have incomplete Personal Data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
Please note that a reasonable fee may be charged by us to comply with an access request made by you. If so, we will inform you of the fee before processing your access request.

We will respond to your request in a reasonable timeframe (depending on the complexity of the request and its impact on our relationship with you) and in accordance with the applicable laws. In general, we shall seek to process your request within 14 business days of receiving it. If we are unable to respond to your request within 30 days, we will also write to inform you of this.
We generally do not transfer your Personal Data to countries outside of Singapore. However, if we do so, by using our services you hereby grant to JustGo your consent for the transfer to be made to the extent necessary for us to properly service you, and we will
also take steps to ensure that your Personal Data continues to receive a standard of protection that is at least comparable to that provided under the PDPA.
JustGo will generally cease retention of your Personal Data when it is reasonable to assume that the purpose for which that Personal Data was collected is no longer being served by retention of the Personal Data, and retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
Where possible, JustGo will generally cease retention of your Personal Data as follows:-
(a) for Personal Data related to a User and/or Provider’s account: JustGo will permanently and irrevocably delete and/or anonymize all such Personal Data in the event that the relevant User/Provider account is inactive for a period of two (2) years. Moreover, we will permanently and irrevocably delete your account data within thirty (30) days of your written request to do so via email to [email protected];
(b) for transactional data relating to your purchases: such data is kept for the entire period of the contractual relationship and thereafter if retention is necessary for legal or business purposes;
(c) for Personal Data collected based on your consent to receive our marketing communications: we will use such Personal Data until you withdraw your consent to such use, or if it is no longer necessary for any business or legal purposes;
(d) when your Personal Data is collected in the context of requests/queries: such Personal Data are kept for the period necessary to process and reply to such requests or queries; and
(e) When cookies or other trackers are placed on your terminal or device: they are kept for a period of twelve (12) months.
JustGo has the discretion to update this Data Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users and/or Providers to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the Personal Data we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Data Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
By using this Applications, you signify your acceptance of this Data Policy. If you do not agree to this Data Policy, please do not use our Applications. Your continued use of the Applications following the posting of changes to this Data Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
While we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that depending on the nature and scope of your request, we may not be in a position to continue providing the Service to you and we shall, in such circumstances, notify you before completing the processing of your request.
If you had previously provided consent for the collection and use of your Personal Data, you may withdraw such consent at any time by emailing our DPO at [email protected].
Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to retain Personal Data that we deem necessary in relation to our right to continue to collect, use and disclose Personal Data where such collection, use and disclosure without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.
