Lorry Crane Terms & Conditions

Overtime Charges

  • Overtime charges are applicable if each trip takes more than 3 hours
  • Prices vary across timings and during Sundays & Public Holidays

Additional Charges

Additional fees will be requested before the job is completed, fees include but are not limited to:

  • ERP (Electronic Road Pricing)
  • Car park fees

Replacement Lorry

  • In the event of a breakdown during the trip, the trip may be delayed by 1-2 hours depending on the type of breakdown, we will waive any overtime charges associated with the breakdown

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel trip bookings, please do so by 3 hours before the job starts, we will not entertain refunds if cancellation is made after that


  • By booking a trip(s), you agree that the supplier is under no obligation to neither take up nor maintain any insurance policy in relation to the goods or its handling. You shall, at your own cost, provide all-risk insurance to the goods or claim against any enforceable all-risk insurance of the subject work site

Safety Team

  • Booking of lorry cranes does not include safety team (rigger, signalman, lifting supervisor), provision of safety team will incur a separate cost if required
